Maslak Plaza Offices Occupancy Rate is at a Low Level Compared to Levent Büyükdere Cd.

One of the issues I observed was that there were intense advertisements for plaza offices for rent in the Maslak plaza area. (415 pieces)
The plaza office report stated that the vacancy rate in the Maslak region was around 13.5%. The same rate was around 8% for Levent Büyükdere Cd region.
For the Maslak region, the report stated that A+ plaza office rental was 26.8 USD per m². It matched my valuation.
The same rate was around 37 USD for the Levent region.
I also noticed this while creating my expert report. In an environment where there are so many alternatives, domestic and international marketing efforts aimed at both pricing and finding the right tenant as quickly as possible are of great importance.
Only experts can produce attractive value.
